Made the choice awhile ago to clean up our diet as I embarked on a healthier lifestyle for myself. I started my journey about three years ago and wanted my children to have healthier choices as well. I began doing research and pricing on organic food in light of all the gmo foods and additives that I learned were so unhealthy. In my search I found organic food to be expensive and my food budget was like umm we can't do it LOL. I have a family of six and it can be expensive buying healthy economical meals. I started to look for economical ways to clean up our diet and so decided to share some tips to save on organic foods that I have found in my journey. We are not 100% organic but I do try to buy as much organic as possible. I hope these tips will help you clean up your families diet too.

A great ways to save on Organic fruits and vegetables is buying in bulk when they are on sale, and cleaning and freezing them. A great way to save on meats is also buying when on sale as much as possible, I have found great deals at Walmart on the Crescent brand meats.
