Encouragement/ Feel Good Music Playlist
Okay so I have said several times before on my posts that I love music because it is so therapeutic and so I decided to share some of my feel good music choices. I listen to these songs when I am needing a little lady pick me up, writing blog posts, working, cleaning, or Mommy escape music, just to name a few things. These songs make me feel great and get me together. By the time I am done listening, dancing and singing along I have on my cape and red patent leather boots (cheesing real hard) and Wonder Woman is activated!

Healthy lifestyle/ 3 tips to propel your healthy lifestyle journey
Today these are 3 tips that You can begin to propel your healthy lifestyle journey. These three tips will set a foundation as You build your regimen.
Water
* To cleanse out toxins and bacteria
* To stay hydrated (increases energy) a lot of times we feel fatigued because of dehydration
*Decreases bloating (great if your working on a flat tummy)
These are just a few benefits of drinking water. The recommended amount suggested has recently been updated to 4-6 8ounce glasses of water, I try to do at least 64 oz.
Fruits and Vegetables
* Great for fiber and vitamins
* Clean out toxins
* Great way to limit toxins and preservatives
* Great for energy and healthy weight loss
