Family/Creating a Family Fall Bucket List

Creating a fall family bucket list can be so much fun. Each season you can create a family bucket list that everyone is excited about, because everyone has input. I will share tips on creating a Fall family bucket list of your own including some great Fall ideas.

Planning the Family Fall Bucket List

1. Decide a realistic amount of activities and date availability(a calendar would be helpful), and include a master list of activities.
2. Get the family together and ask for everyones ideas.
3. Make sure to include at least one suggestion from each family member.
4. Finalize your list of activities and begin your adventures.

Bonus: Have a envelope that you put funds aside strictly for your bucket list that you add too often.

Healthy lifestyle/ Youniqueness

Youniqueness is the unique things that makes You You, and embracing how God designed you. One of the greatest feelings is loving and embracing all that is You and raising children that embrace their Youniqueness. Differences are what makes life enjoyable, if the world was all one color how much fun would that be? I have always kinda marched to my own tune and it wasn't until I got much older that I fell in love with who God made me and began to understand me better. I have learned that we are all made differently to compliment one another, we were never intended to be identical soldiers. When you embrace all that is You and learn to respect others differences it becomes less challenging to love God's way. When you understand we are one Big Band and we are all different instruments that make it's own beautiful sound in this world, but together we are a beautiful symphony, the outlook is so much brighter. Below I decided to share what makes me Younique and please share your Youniqueness in the comments as well.

Psalms 139:14 You are fearfully and wonderfully made!

My Youniqueness

* I love music, all kinds of music and can listen for hours

*I love shoes and clothes, another way to express my creative side
* I love reading and writing poetry, books etc. (hence why I love blogging)

Healthy Lifestyle/Self care for Introverts

As a introvert I decided to do a self care list and signs of when it is time to recharge. For those of us who are introverts and the ones in our lives, this list encourages acceptance of our differences and loving on us in a way that is fulfilling to us. This is great information to share with family and inner circle friends to help them love on you in a way that is fulfilling for you!

Self-care list for Introverts

* Alone time
* You and your favorite music uninterrupted
* You and a good movie or book
* A long walk alone to take in nature
* A weekend retreat alone
* Dinner alone or with close friends
* Nap time
* Prayer
* Create a quiet space in your home that is just for You
* Develop a quiet recharge time in your schedule
* Understand and love you how God made you
* No GUILT for needing alone time to recharge
* Turn off you cell phone and electronic devices and just be
* Develop a exercise routine you can do at home to stay on track
* Eat well

Signs that your tank is empty and you need to recharge

* Emotionally challenged (feeling a little cranky) or anxious
* Feeling drained with know reason why
* Brain fog
* Human interaction causing challenge for you
* Challenged with day to day tasks that wouldn't normally challenge you
