5 Ways to beat the winter blues
Okay I go through sunshine withdrawal in the winter, and I'm sure others go through as well. I do love to see the snow in small and short intervals (ha) why am I a Michigander again? It actually is scientifically proven that winter days can dampen your mood, so I composed a list of five things to help to ease the winter blues until the sun shines again (yayyyyyyy) so until then let's get turnt in the winter!
1. Exercise, it is a natural mood booster and great for your overall mental health.
3. Even though it's cold outside get out and get some air whenever possible, try enjoying outside activities.
4. Eat well, don't over indulge in comfort foods which can cause weight gain an dampen your mood.
5. Get sunlight whenever possible.
