Lifestyle / Self-care and it's importance in your healthy lifestyle




Self-care (definition) Intentional nurturing and care of ones personal well being mind, body, soul and spirit.



I'll start by asking a question how important is self-care in a healthy lifestyle? I believe self-care is vital to your overall health and well being. Below I have provided questions/statements for you to ask yourself to assess if you need to implement or improve your personal self-care.
