Snacking for me was a huge adjustment because I love chips and sweets. I am a firm believer in everything in moderation, so portion control has helped me with snacks. I have learned to embrace healthier snacks that taste good and I don't feel deprived. Do I still enjoy chips and sweets, yes and I watch portion in moderation? I snack healthy the majority of the time though and will be sharing some of my favorite snack combos.
