I am a Wife, Mother of 4 and grandmother. I am a teacher by nature and love sharing as I learn. Over the last past 3 years I have been on a consistent journey of a healthy lifestyle and have lost over 50 pounds. I have been diabetic in my past as well as have had issues with high blood pressure. I can remember the days of merely existing waking up only looking forward to going back to bed because I was exhausted and sickly. I truly thank God today I am no longer insulin dependent nor do I struggle with high blood pressure. I exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. I am real and understand the struggle to raise a family on a budget and have learned to be crafty and creative to maintain my fly lol. I realize everybody either can't afford a gym membership or just doesn't have the time to go. So I have come up with what I call the prepare for failure plan. Before you move on here me out the NO failure plan is the plan that helps you win. The greatest victories for me in this journey were tips to win that I learned and preparation which has been key in my overall life. So on my blog I will be sharing some diy, faith, fashion, home decor, and even healthy living tips.
